Days Inn by Wyndham Nanaimo

All the staff members were very friendly. The room cleanliness was on an extra level, bed sheets and towels were perfect. The room was actually a bedroom and a den, the den had a fridge, a microwave and a coffee machine. There is a restaurant in the same building for an additional price and a DQ and MacDonald's nearby.

The staff was very helpful when we had a few minor problems in our room. We don't know why the air conditioners are so high on the wall. If you are not a tall person it was impossible to reach the controls. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel was quiet. We had the free breakfast once & it was satisfactory. We ate at Ricky's 2xx & the meal was tasty & substantial. The waitress offered us a smaller breakfast that was not on the menu & it was enough. Next visit we will bring our swimsuits as the pool & hot tub were mostly unoccupied. This is our 2nd visit & we highly recommend it. We actually booked an extra night. We were there 3 nights, not just 2.

We stayed here 2x for 1 night. The room was clean, two good queen size beds and good working air conditioning (which makes a bit of noise). Pleasant shower and Dove products. Furthermore, no noise from the road or surroundings, since we had a room at the rear. Just like everywhere in Canada, breakfast is rather ordinary, but you can certainly fill your tummy. Tasty waffles :)

This hotel was easy to get to from the ferry. The beds were very comfortable and the room was well equipped. Breakfast was very good and the staff were very friendly.

Pool was great. Breakfast: standard cold breakfast with enough choices to make it satisfy most tastes. I liked the use of paper plates and cups instead of plastic-if the utensils could not be plastic, that would be great, or if all the dishes could be washable and not disposable, that would be even better.
